A Deep Dive Into Human Design Theory
I first came across Human Design in 2014, but I didn't take the time to dive too deep into it until now.
It was super insightful and accurate, so I'm going to implement it at work and home.

More on My Human Design and How It Applies
Trial and Error
One crazy accurate aspect of my human design is my 3/5 profile, also known as Martyr/Heretic - it's all about trial and error. Trying everything to figure out what works.
And if you know my tagline, it's "I've tried it all, so you don't have to." It's exactly how my life's been. So needless to say, I'm going to put my Human Design recommendations into practice and see how it works.
If it works great, stay posted because I'm going to teach you how to use it.
Being a Generator
Another thing I've found is that I'm a Generator, like 70% of the population. Being a Generator means I'm here to work.
My wife and COO are both Projectors, which means they're not here to work. They're here to guide other people's energy, including mine.
For me, that means letting my COO, Matt, focus on directing the team's energy so I can free up my time to focus on doing the work I need to do.
So far, this year, I haven't been doing that. I've been doing the directing, and it hasn't been working.
It's time for a change. So now I'm going to try this approach where I do the work and get super clear before having others get involved, while better-suited people, like Generators, focus on directing the rest of the team.

Ra Uru Hu wrote the Definitive Book of Human Design, and it's what I used to dive deep into Human design and really understand it more.
If you want to know about your Human Design, you can get your body graph here. I also recommend getting a reading if you can; I've had two.
Also, make sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel. If applying my Human Design changes my life for the better, I'm going to show you how to use it in yours.
What's the Story With Human Design?
Ra Ura Hu (born Alan Robert Krakower) was the creator of Human Design, and he was an advertising executive, magazine publishers, and producer.
In 87' he had a spiritual experience unlike any he'd had before. It lasted 8 days and involved a "voice" that transmitted the information that is now the Human Design System to him.
What Can You Learn From Human Design?
I'm not saying that Human Design is the answer - but I've already learned a lot from it, and I'm going to apply it to see how it changes my life. But I'm pretty confident it will.
Here's some pretty powerful stuff that Human Design can help you with:
- A better understanding of yourself
- How to be your true self
- How to start putting your mind in the backseat
- How to better attune with your body's unique intelligence
Tips for Understanding Your Human Design
There's a lot to process when it comes to Human Design, but two aspects to focus on are your Strategy and Authority.
There are four Strategy types: Generators, Projectors, Manifestors, and Reflectors, and seven Authority types: Emotional, Sacral, Splenic, Environment/no inner, Lunar cycle, Ego.
