Are You Willing to Be That Person?

I have a request to make of you. Okay? Are you ready? I want you to be the person that sees yourself in the most positive loving light ever. And I want you to be that person all the time. Will you do that for me? Here's the thing: Nothing good ever comes out of doing anything but that. Nothing good comes of criticizing yourself, belittling yourself, making yourself wrong, punishing yourself. Nothing. It's an addiction. And it must stop now. So think about it.
