WorldBlu is an important organization, and it’s so inspiring to see how Traci Fenton has championed it from nothing to a place where some really amazing organizations have come on board, including one of my personal favorites, WD-40.
One thing that really stuck with me from last year’s WorldBlu conference was how Traci related democracy at the workplace to the whether you feel that your employees have fundamental worth. And how that relates to what you personally, as a leader or boss, believe about your own self-worth. It’s profound - and obvious in hindsight.
