I need your help

Friends. I’m at a turning point, and I need your help.

I could go on programming for a living forever, but I really don’t want to. I can do more by working with people.

But I need your help to find new customers for this new type of work.

The ultimate prize is to teach business leaders about coaching, so they can embody that way of thinking in the whole company.

Failing that, I’m pretty good at coaching teams and individuals, figuring out how to use the internet in your business, and running web software projects.

Please connect me with companies that need me across the globe, and I will be forever grateful. Really. These kind of life changes aren’t easily forgotten.

Contact me at lars@pinds.com or +45 27 28 47 07.

Thanks for taking the time to consider.

I will certainly keep you in mind :) Btw, have you thought of fusing the aspects of coaching with better known management concepts? Things like LEAN, SCRUM and all that come to mind. Not because these things necessarily add much to coaching - but because 1) they are gaining acceptance by the top hat business fools in charge and thus provide a broader base of contact for you and 2) I have a theory that e.g. LEAN implementations are generally very poorly executed (not to mention maintained).

I'm actually talking to a couple software companies about doing team coaching as a way to support their agile processes, because there is this tendency to try on a new methodology and then it didn't stick, and then you're back to doing what you've always done. Coaching tries to dig a bit deeper and find out what's needed to change mentally in order for the habits to stick.

Cool - use the agile thing in marketing yourself. I think it would open more doors with the people that feel 'coaching' sounds too human resource...if you know what I mean. You should talk to Rune Mai, perhaps. He's doing his own blog on project management and agile stuff - http://blog.erratum.dk/ - I think coaching is fairly undescribed in that realm of project management administration.
