Now that I’ve broken the radio silence I might add that we’re back from 2 weeks of yoga and ayurveda in Kovalam, India, and that it was pretty darn amazing. Yoga is firmly established as part of my daily routine now, and I love it, and India is filled with so many kind people I have to go back.
