Blinksale

I just sent my first invoice with Blinksale, and it’s a nice change from the under-maintained home brew I had before. It’s a keeper.

One gripe, though: It doesn’t let me add text to the invoices with my wire transfer info. I could add it as a $0 line item, but that’s just too nasty. My theory is that it’s because they still predominantly use checks in the US. Could this get on the list to fix, Josh?

I am also looking intently at Blinksale. Have you added your CVR number to the invoice? How does it look? Are they "fully legal in Denmark" and all that? My buddy said "No way I'm using that!" when he saw the interface. And then he rattled off all those questions. And said something to the effect of: "I'm going to use my accounting application's possibilities to send invoices instead. When I'm starting to use that... that is." So, mr Pind, is Blinksale working for you?

It's working just fine, yes. I added the CVR # as part of the address, and it's okay. I do have some wishes, but the fact that I can easily email the invoice, that it adds late fees, and that I can easily track what's been paid and what hasn't, is good enough for me. I don't know if the invoices are legal, I don't have any Danish clients, and plan on crossing that bridge when I get to it (worst case, have my accountant redo them in her accounting software - the client doesn't have to see this).
