Why it's good to be an angry bitch

There's a lot of power in the angry bitch energy. If you're always being the nice girl, you're really cutting yourself off from a big source of energy and power and passion. It's a way to keep yourself in check, of holding yourself back, of limiting your life energy. So play a bit with the angry bitch energy. If it's something you haven't allowed in yourself for a while, it might come out in some mean-spirited bursts at first, and that may scare you, because that's precisely why you tucked it so far away in the first place. That's okay. Just be with it all, and experiment with awareness and compassion. I'm looking forward to seeing you be a real bitch :)
