I love this part of the Linden Lab values statement:

Sharing our mission requires that you honor this rule at all times: Never act to advance your own interests or someone else’s interests at the expense of the interests of the company.
Pretty clear. Nothing like politics to kill morale and annoy smart hard-working people.
Philip Rosedale, the founder of Linden Lab, seems like a pretty smart and fearless dude. Also check out his quarterly CEO survey. Fearless indeed.
