I love the photo that John and Gaia at the Fuck it retreat place ("The hill that breathes") use on an otherwise pretty tightly designed site: It clearly signals what they stand for at that place. Not so uptight. Just relax, take it easy, have fun, be yourself. Fuck it! Several friends were just there this summer, one for a "Fuck it week", and the other for a yoga retreat. My wife's going in September for a week of yoga and running. I need to go check it out soon. Also go get a copy of his two books. They're absolutely amazing.
